Power Grid Q1 results, net profit rose by 3.5% in FY25

Power Grid Corporation has announced the quarterly results for FY25 where the consolidated net profit rose 3.5% in the first quarter of fiscal 2025, indicating a strong growth factor.
The state-run power transmission major's profit increased to Rs 3,724 crore, in comparison to Rs 3,597 crore in the year-ago period, according to an exchange filing made.
The company’s Revenue fell 0.4% to Rs 11,006 crore. Ebitda decreased by 0.8% to Rs 9,602 crore and the Margin stood at 87.2%.
The Net profit of the company is rose by 3.5% to Rs 3,724 crore.
