PESB recommended Mr. B VEERA REDDY for the post of Director Technical, CIL

New Delhi: Public Enterprises Selection Board on Thursday recommended the name of Mr. B VEERA REDDY for the post of Director (Technical), Coal India Limited (CIL).

Coal India Limited (CIL) is an Indian government-owned coal mining and refining corporation under the ownership of the Ministry of Coal, Government of India. It is the largest coal-producing company in the world and a Maharatna public sector undertaking with the fifth largest employer in India with nearly 272,000 employees.

 

Currently Shri B. Veera Reddy is Director (Technical) Operations of Eastern Coalfields Limited w.e.f 01.01.2020. He did his B. Tech in Mining from Kothagudem School of Mines, Osmania University in the year 1986 and obtained First Class Managers Competency Certificate by DGMS in the year 1990. He has also completed Master of Technology in Mine Planning from Kothagudem School of Mines, Osmania University in the year 2000.
