Organization of Medical camp and Public Health Lecture on Ayurveda at DVC Towers, Kolkata

NEW DELHI- A medical camp on Ayurveda with theme “Har Din Har Ghar Ayurveda” was organized today by the Medical Department, DVC Kolkata in association with the Central Ayurveda Research Institute, Under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. 

An OPD camp was held for treatment of the employees of DVC HQ, Kolkata and free prophylactic Ayurveda medicines were distributed and later on in the day, a public lecture on this ancient form of Medicine was delivered by eminent faculties Dr. A.K. Mangal, Assistant Director (Pharmacognosy), CARI and Dr. D.S. Sahu, Research Officer, CARI. 

The event was attended by , the Chief Vigilance Officer, the Member Secretary, the Member Finance , the Director Health Services and employees at DVC HQ.
