ONGC Director (Exploration) kicked off India’s 1st ever Air-borne Hydrocarbon Sensing Survey

NEW DELHI- ONGC Director (Exploration) Sushma Rawat kicked off India’s 1st ever Air-borne Hydrocarbon Sensing Survey (AHSS) on 18 January 2023 at Agartala. At low altitudes, AHSS is capable of indicating hydrocarbon deposits in logistically difficult regions.

There, Director (Explore.) also inaugurated ONGC's 1st onshore Real-Time Centre (RTC) on 17 January 2023. Vital in planning & real-time monitoring, RTC can monitor up to 8 deep & complicated wells simultaneously with high pressure & differing stress regimes in the entire North-East Region.
