NTPC Wins three Awards at ETHRWorld Future Skills Awards 2024
Mumbai: NTPC Ltd, the country’s largest integrated power company, has been honoured with three prestigious awards at the Economic Times (ETHRWorld) Future Skills Awards 2024. These awards recognize outstanding innovation and achievement in workplace learning. NTPC received accolades in the following categories:
- Best Use of AI/AR/VR in Learning & Upskilling – Gold
- Best Advance in Creating an Extended Enterprise Learning Program - Gold
- Best Use of Games or Simulations in L&D – Silver
The awards were presented to Ms. Rachana Singh Bhal, CGM (Strategic HR & Talent Management & Head PMI), Shri. Alok Kumar Tripathi, GM (RLI Sipat) and Shri. Chandramauli S Jangbahadur, GM (Strategic HR & Talent Management, COE-HR) along with other officials, at a distinguished ceremony in Gurugram.
