NTPC Q1 Results: Standalone PAT rises by 11% YoY
The revenue of the company is up by 12.6% at Rs 48,521 crore. Net profit is up by 12.2% at Rs 5,506 crore. The EBITDA of the company is up 9% at Rs 14,017 crore.
The government-run power company NTPC Ltd has reported a 12.6% rise in consolidated revenue at Rs 48,521 crore in the April-June quarter, compared to Rs 43,075 crore in the same period last year, according to an exchange filing on Saturday.
The company has reported a standalone net profit of Rs 4510.98 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, up by 11% YoY, while the revenue from operations went up to Rs 44,419.22 crore in the same period.

NTPC's total installed capacity rose by 3,024 megawatts to 76,048 MW in the quarter ending June 30, 2024. Gross generation was 97.9 billion units, an increase of 10.56% every year.
Coal produced from captive mines for commercial use rose 54.49% to 9.64 million metric tonnes.
