NTPC's Internal Auditors Meeting -2024 conducted at PMI- Noida
NTPC has done detailed discussion with Senior partners of audit firms in the presence of EDs-Finance, GM-Internal Audit, and HODsof different departments.
Internal Auditor’s Meeting-2024 with newly appointed firms of CA/CMA has conducted an Internal Audit in association with NTPC’s Internal Audit department during 2024-25 at PMI-NOIDA.
The meet was inaugurated by Director Finance-NTPC in the presence of Mr. Virendra Malik-ED(F), Mr. M A Ansari-ED(F), Mr. Pushpendra Tyagi-GM (Internal Audit),Partners and audit managers of firms of CA/CMA,HODs and executives from Centralised Billing, USAG-Faridabad, CPGs, VPGs, Treasury, Fuel Payment, CC-commercial & Accounts, Establishment etc.

In his inaugural address, Mr. Jaikumar Srinivasan- Director(Finance), NTPC spoke at length about the role of internal Auditors in providing independent assurance regarding an organization’s risk management, governance, and effectiveness of internal control processes because of growing regulatory scrutiny, rising stakeholder expectations, complex technology risk, and competitive world.
Later on Director of Finance, NTPC has a detailed discussion with Senior partners of audit firms in the presence of EDs-Finance, GM-Internal Audit, and HODsof different departments.

Presentations were made by CC-IT, the PRADIP team, and representatives from various unified centers and Unified centre-wise meetings were held between auditors and auditees to have better coordination and to share the system and procedures of NTPC. Format of reports and expectations from Auditors were shared by CC-Internal Audit with the auditors.
