NTPC CMD visits North Karanpura Power Station
NTPC, Chairman and Managing Director Shri Gurdeep Singh visited NTPC North Karanpura, and inaugurated the newly constructed Guest House "ATULYAM" and new Admin office "UDGAM".
New Delhi: NTPC, Chairman and Managing Director Shri Gurdeep Singh visited NTPC North Karanpura, on 3rd and 4th June along with Shri Ujjawal Kanti Bhattacharya, Director (Projects) and Shri S N Tripathi Executive Director (PM) & Regional Executive Director (Hydro).
Shri Tajinder Gupta, Business Unit Head, of the Project along with many senior officials of welcomed Shri Singh and briefed about the various construction activities undergoing within the project.

He also visited the Plant area, Unit Control Room and reviewed the project progress after the COD of #Unit 1 in 1st March 2023. He chaired meetings with Senior officials, young executives, Executive Association and encouraged them to continue with their best efforts and dedication for the progress of the project.
While addressing all employees and family members, CMD shared his happiness for the successful COD of Unit I and creation of new facilities in the township. Shri Singh also spoke on timely commissioning of Unit II and Unit III as per given timelines while prioritising Safety.
Smt. Kiran Singh, President Samyukta Ladies Club and Smt. Amita Bhattacharya, senior member of Sanyukta Ladies Club was welcomed by Mrs. Meena Gupta, President of Vasundhara Ladies Club, NTPC. (North Karanpura). She briefed them about the various CSR activities of the project. All the ladies enjoyed a special cultural programme organised by VLC's in-house talent.

Later all the dignitaries also planted Saplings in Atulyam and Udgam. GM (Project), GM (O&M), GM (FM), HOHR Shri Anil Kumar Chawla, All AGMs, DGMs and many senior officials were present at the occasion.
