NRL signed BOOT Contract with IOTUL for Crude Oil Terminal Paradeep
This is the first-ever contract awarded by Numaligarh Refinery Limited on a BOOT basis.
New Delhi: In a historic event on 14th of Oct’2022 at Indian Oil Corporation Limited HeadQuarter, Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi, Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL), Indian Oil Tanking Limited (IOTL) along with IOT Utkarsh Limited (IOTUL); the newly formed SPV by IOTL entered into Built Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) Contract Agreement that grants IOTUL the exclusive right, license and authority to construct, operate and maintain COIT for 25 years term.
The agreement was signed by NRL’s GM (Commercial) J B Sarma, IOTL Director (Finance) S.R. Ganeshan, and IOTUL Director Anil Taparia in the presence of IOCL’s Chairman S M Vaidya, IOTL MD Rajesh Ganesh, NRL’s Managing Director BJ Phukan, Director (Finance) Indranil Mittra, Head (Project Pipeline) P J Sarma and senior officials from both NRL & IOTL.
