In a move to elevate commuter convenience, NMRC has launched Cashless Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) across all stations on the Aqua Line, coinciding with its 10th Foundation Day. Designed to streamline ticket purchasing with UPI payment options, these machines offer quick and user-friendly ticketing solutions for single, return, and group journeys.

Passenger-Friendly Design: Positioned strategically across stations, these machines aim to prevent crowding at ticket counters, promoting smoother passenger flow.
With 88 machines installed across 21 stations on the Aqua Line, NMRC has tailored the TVM distribution to match each station’s footfall. For instance, Sector-51 station, a high-traffic hub, has 15 TVMs, while Pari Chowk and Knowledge Park-II each have eight machines. These locations were chosen to enhance accessibility and reduce bottlenecks, especially during peak hours.
