New Delhi: A Mini Ratna Category-I Enterprise of the Government of India, NHPC India has received Rs. 210.50 Crore as Interim Dividend from NHDC (a Joint Venture Company of NHPC & Govt. of Madhya Pradesh) on 03.02.2022 for FY 2021-22.
NHDC Limited (A Joint Venture of NHPC Ltd & Govt. of M.P.) and formally known as Narmada Hydroelectric Development Corporation Ltd, with Corporate Office at Bhopal. The company's objective is the development of hydropower and other renewal energy potential in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
The NHDC’s authorized share capital is Rs. 3,000 crores, assets of Rs. 8241.09 crores (as on 31.03.2012) and paid-up capital of Rs. 1962.58 crores. It is an ISO 9001-2008 certified company. Presently, it is the largest hydropower producer in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
