New Appointments and recommendations issued by Government
The Government has issued Notifications of appointments and recommendations for several PSU sectors.
Tenure of Vivek Aggarwal (IAS: 1994: MP), Additional Secretary, Department of Revenue, of additional charge of Director (Finance Intelligence Unit - India) has been extended for six months w.e.f. 30.09.2024.
Harmit Singh Pahuja (IAS: 2010: MN), Director in the Department of Personnel & Training, has been extended for two years beyond 17.11.2024 and up to 17.11.2026. Pahuja counts his central deputation w.e.f. 18.11.2019.
Tenure of Vishvajit Sahay (IDAS: 1990), Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Department of Science & Technology, has been extended for a period of one year beyond 15.11 .2024 i.e. up to 15.11 .2025.

Abhishek Ranjan (IOFS: 2008), CVO, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE), Kolkata, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of CVO, Bharat Dynamics Ltd. (BDL), Hyderabad and the post of CVO, Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. (HSL), Visakhapatnam from the date of assumption of charge of the post up to 30.11.2024.
Amit Prakash Thakur, Deputy Director (Rajya Sabha Secretariat) has been appointed to the post of Second Secretary of Hindi & Culture at the High Commission of India, Port of Spain, for a period of three years.
