NCL is getting 'Singrauli railway station approach road'
NCL is also cooperating in the construction of CC Road from Circuit House of Morwa to Uttar Pradesh Border (Khanhana Barrier).

Singrauli: Northern Coalfields Limited, a Mini Ratna company of the Government of India, is continuously working for the upliftment of the surrounding area along with meeting the energy needs of the country, in which the construction of roads is a major part. In this episode, NCL is getting Singrauli railway station approach road, on which Hon'ble MP Sidhi-Singrauli Riti Pathak performed Bhoomi Pujan on Saturday.
Under this work, there is a provision for maintenance of about 6 km length and 7.5-meter average width along with asphaltization between Kanta Mor to Gorbi railway crossing at a cost of Rs 5.5 crore for the next 5 years. With the construction of this road, residents of Gorbi, Kasar, Block-B, Morwa, Jayant, etc. will be able to reach Singrauli railway station.
Also, this road will make the travel of people around Singrauli railway station more convenient.
Hon'ble MP, Sidhi-Singrauli Smt. Riti Pathak along with Hon'ble MLA Singrauli Shri Ram Lallu Vaishya, General Manager (Civil) of NCL Shri AK Singh, and other dignitaries were present in this program. While addressing the program, Hon'ble MP appreciated the work being done by NCL in the field and expressed hope that the company will continue to do such quality work in the coming times as well.
It is worth mentioning that NCL is working on the construction of roads of the Singrauli area on a large scale. NCL has issued two separate tenders for the construction and widening of the road from Jayant Bus Stand to Kanta Mor located near the railway station. The arrangement of the route will be ensured. Along with this, NCL is also cooperating in the construction of CC Road from Circuit House of Morwa to Uttar Pradesh Border (Khanhana Barrier).
NCL through its CSR activities is also working on road construction in the Singrauli region on a large scale and in the last 7 years, the company has constructed 210 kms of roads by spending more than 150 crores.
