NABL Accreditation to COAL CHARACTERISATION Laboratory of CMPDI
The certificate has been issued with effect from 30.04.2024 and shall be valid until 29.04.2026 i.e for a period of 02 years.
New Delhi: The Coal Characterisation Laboratory of CMPDI(HQ), Ranchi has been assessed and accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories” i.e NABL, in accordance with the standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing & Calibration Laboratories” for its facilities in the field of “TESTING” at the Laboratory.
The certificate has been issued with effect from 30.04.2024 and shall be valid until 29.04.2026 i.e for a period of 02 years.
The scope of accreditation includes testing of Solid Fuels (COAL) 12 parameters such as Moisture, Ash, Volatile matter, Gross Calorific Value, Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, and Sulphur, as per Indian Standards and ASTM.
NABL Accreditation will lead to wider acceptance of the work being performed by the laboratory which in turn will lead to greater recognition and business growth.
