Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has signed an MoU to support the New Rampela ME School in Sambalpur district of Odisha.
Read Also : NLCIL signs MoU with IIM CalcuttaThe General Manager (CSR), MCL and District Education Officer, Sambalpur, formally signed the MoU in this regard in the presence of Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (P&IR) of Coal India Limited, and MCL’s senior leadership--Shri Keshav Rao, Director (Personnel), Shri Jugal K Borah, Director (Technical/Operations), Shri AK Behura, Director (Finance), and Shri A S Bapat, Director (Tech/P&P).

Currently, the school caters to 500 students, including 130 from SC and 148 from ST.
