HPCL and Oil India sign MoU to explore energy sector
The landmark agreement was signed in the presence of the C&MD and Functional Directors of both HPCL and OIL.
State-owned PSU oil refinery HPCL has announced that HPCL and OIL India Ltd. have signed an MoU to explore new business opportunities in the energy sector, including Oil & Gas, Sustainable and Renewable Energy, Carbon Capture Utilisation and Storage, and Green Hydrogen.
C&MD of Oil India Ltd, Dr. Ranjit Rath, emphasized the significant potential for carbon sequestration and storage in the gas fields of Rajasthan and Assam.
