HAL announces dividend for FY24 at Rs 13 per share
The company has already paid an interim dividend of Rs 22 per share, which was the highest in the last two years.

The board of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. has declared a final dividend of Rs 13 per share for the financial year 2024. The public sector aerospace and defense company announced its lowest payout since August 2022.
The record date for the payment of the final dividend has been set as Wednesday, August 21, 2024. On this date, only accounts holding shares of HAL will be eligible for the dividend payout.
The dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of its approval in the Annual General Meeting, the state-run defence equipment manufacturer said in a regulatory filing.

The company has already paid an interim dividend of Rs 22 per share, which was the highest in the last two years. The highest dividend paid by the company on record is Rs 33.25, in March 2020.
The PSU also split one equity share of Rs10 into two equity shares of Rs 5 each in 2023. The dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of its approval in the Annual General Meeting, the state-run defense equipment manufacturer said in a regulatory filing.
