This program was aimed to share knowledge, experiences and strategies that will help the participants for an enhanced culture of safety across all levels in GAIL. During the session, a lot of engagement activities for group participation as well as individuals were carried out.
GAIL’s Safety Leadership Workshop emphasized Positive mindset
New Delhi: GAIL organized a “Safety Leadership Workshop for Top Management” on 27.09.2024 at Corporate Office, New Delhi. The Program was inaugurated by Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta, CMD, GAIL. In his inaugural address, he emphasized on Positive mindset at all levels, to learn from previous experience and behavioral transformation for enhancement of safety culture. Keynote address was delivered by Shri R K Singhal, Director (Business Development). The Program was also graced by Shri Deepak Gupta, Director (Projects), Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR) and Shri Sanjay Kumar, Director (Marketing). Executive Directors & CGMs of GAIL and CEO’s of JVs of GAIL participated in the workshop.

Mr. Hemant Sethi, MD, British Safety Council also attended the session.
