FAST with support of Aviation Ministry to organise Seminar Tomorrow

New Delhi: Foundation for Aviation Sustainable Tourism (FAST) with the support of the Ministry of Civil Aviation is organizing a Seminar on, Challenges: Opportunity for AIR Cargo During The Decade Ahead on October 7, 2022 at India International Centre, New Delhi. Gen V K Singh, PVSM,AVSM, YSM, ADC (Retd), Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation, Government of India will be the Chief guest for the program. Shri Dushyant Chautala, Dy. Chief Minister, Haryana will be the guest of honor.
Lt. Gen.KM Seth, PVSM, AVSM (Retd.) former Governor of Tripura; Chhattisgarh and President FAST, Shri Yashpal Sharma, President – Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI), Shri Piyush Srivastava, Sr. Economic Advisor, Ministry of Civil Aviation, and Shri VP Agrawal, former Chairman AAI and Vice President FAST will take part in the deliberation during the workshop.
During the first session on; Mis-match of demand and supply of Airline capacity, causing a big setback to the Air Cargo Industry. Timely solution on the challenges of Air Cargo logistics industry will help growth and developing India as a Global Cargo Hub, Shri Satish Lakharaju, Senior Vice President, WIZ Freight, Shri Sanjeev Kapoor, Chairman, BAR India Cargo NR, Shri Shantanu Bhadkamkar, Managing Director - ATC Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Commissioner (Customs), Ministry of Finance, ,Ms. Vandana Singh, Director – Global Corporate Key Accounts Asia – Pacific –will take part in the deliberations. Shri Sanjiv Edward, Chief Commercial Officer – DIAL, will moderate the session.
In the 2nd Business Session on Digital Innovations, Skilling manpower, Export of Floriculture & Horticulture Produce and ecosystem to boost Air Cargo growth to help in achieving its vision of becoming the Regional Cargo Hub -Dr. M Angamuthu, IAS, Chairman - Agriculture Produce Export Development Authority (APEDA), Shri Ramesh Mamidala, Chief Cargo Officer, Adani Airport Holding Ltd. Shri Monoj Singh, Sr. Vice President, Cargo - MIAL, Shri Parvinder Singh, Managing Director - Hans Informatics Pvt. Ltd. Shri Vineet Malhotra, Co-Founder Director - Kale Logistics Solutions , Shri Ajay Kumar, Chairman - AAI Cargo Logistics; Allied Services Company Ltd.(AAICLAS) and Shri Vipin Jain, Chairman ACFI Task Pillar Development will be participating in the discussion, Shri Keku Bomi Gezdar, MD ; CEO, Aviapro Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd will moderate the session. Shri RP Sahi, Secretary General FAST will propose a vote of thanks. Vote of thanks.
While briefing, Shri GS Bawa, former General Manager, Airports Authority of India talked about the hype that the Seminar has created among the stakeholders and the Secretariat has received a thumping response so far participation of delegates is concerned.
