EIL team working to achieve declared target of Net Zero Carbon by 2035

New Delhi: The team of leading engineering consultancy and EPC company, Engineers India Limited is functioning to achieve its declared target of Net Zero Carbon - 2035 by transitioning to more effective use of Solar power, producing green hydrogen using electrolysis, and setting up a pilot plant at its Gurugram Complex for developing Green H2 based fuel sell process for transportation.
In April 2022, the company declared 2035 as the year to achieve Net Zero aiming toward fulfilling our Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision to be Net Zero by 2070.
However, EIL had already constituted a team in July 2021 to assess the carbon emissions from its own operations and chart out a roadmap for achieving its own Net Zero target.
