SAIL BSP puts extra effort for digital transactions
BHILAI. Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) which is the flagship unit of the public sector giant Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has installed eight Point of Sale (POS) machines to facilitate cashless transactions, plant officials informed on Saturday.
Two POS machines have been installed in Town Services Dept, two in Nandini Mines, and one each in Bhilai Niwas, Education Dept., Maitri Bagh and in JLN Hospital & RC. PIONEER
A workshop on Digital & Cashless Transactions was organised by the Plant’s Finance Dept and Human Resource Development Centre, Bhilai on December 14 where a resource team from State Bank of India was in attendance to present the various digital/cashless options before an audience comprising of employees of Bhilai Steel Plant from different areas of the Plant.
