State-owned Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) recorded a fall in profit for Q2, despite a 4.2% revenue boost, and announced a second interim dividend of Rs 3.25 per share.

The September quarter results reflected a mixed performance, with net profit slipping by 0.6% to Rs 366.3 crore from Rs 368.5 crore year-on-year (YoY). Meanwhile, the company achieved modest revenue growth, rising 4.2% to Rs 2,287.7 crore, supported by increased logistics demand.

EBITDA rose 6.5% to Rs 582 crore from Rs 546.5 crore, reflecting gains in operational efficiency. The EBITDA margin saw a decent uptick, reaching 25.4% from 24.9% YoY, indicating steady cost management.

The PSU company has also announced a second interim dividend of Rs 3.25 per share, showing confidence in its cash flow. Shares of CONCOR closed 3.55% higher at Rs 808.80 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today, though results were declared post-market hours.
