Coal Ministry introduces stage II bidding for coal gasification projects, Govt approves Rs. 8500 Cr
This initiative aims to promote fairness and competitiveness in advancing sustainable energy solutions.
The Government has approved a pioneering scheme for Coal Gasification, offering robust financial incentives of Rs. 8500 Cr. Ministry of Coal introduced a stringent two-stage bidding process for coal/lignite gasification projects, ensuring that only the most qualified bidders advance to the financial stage.
