CMPDI signed MoU with CIL

Nagpur: As per MOU target under various parameters between CIL and CMPDI for year 2019-20 "Chai par charcha" between RD, RI-IV, Shri Rajesh Kumar "Amar" and female employees whose birthday falls in the month of October and November was organised at CMPDI RI-IV, Nagpur on 15.11.2019. Meeting was very fruitful where female employees Smt. B Shruthi, Smt. Anuradha J Singh, Miss Palak Sobti, Smt.Asha Dharnedhar, Smt. Mamta Rushia discussed with RD regarding official and personal aspects of their life.

Shri Amar also shared his life's experience and advised employees to have personal and professional work life balance.Feedback and suggestions were given by employees and RD assured every possible help to female employees from his side. At last female employees expressed their happiness on this HR initiative and thanked RD Sir for his valuable time and suggestions.
