Chairman of NCL and CMPDIL review upcoming coal production plans of NCL
NCL has been entrusted with a target of 113.25 MT in FY 2020-21 and eyeing 130MT by 2023-24 in its contribution to 1BT coal production of CIL.
Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh: Shri P K Sinha, Chairman and Managing Director of Northern Coalfields Limited along with Shri Shekhar Saran, Chairman and Managing Director of CMPDIL review the upcoming coal production plans of NCL at NCL Headquarter, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday. The discussion in meeting includes the foresightedness of 1 Billion Tonne Production of Coal India Limited in order to make the country self-reliant in the coal sector by 2023-24.
Production road maps, prospects, and relevant issues were also discussed in the meeting. CMD, CMPDIL Shri Saran congratulated Team NCL for stellar performance in FY 2020-21 amid COVID.
Functional Directors of NCL and other Senior management of NCL and CMPDIL were present in the meeting.
