BSNL signs MoU with AIMO for research and innovation project
State-owned Telecom Regulatory Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the All India Manufacturers Organisation (AIMO).
The MoU was signed in Chennai, and its objective is to collaborate on research and innovation projects that will take the field of telecom ahead. Both entities will work together to develop and deliver capacity-building programs and skill-training initiatives for the youth of this nation.
Here, AIMO will be responsible for raising the funds through the industry/SME or the respective ministries. Lastly, AIMO will also help students in getting placements.

Additionally, BSNL will also ensure that students get the opportunity to get an apprenticeship through AIMO and joint certificates will be issued (by AIMO and BSNL) after the training period is successfully completed.
Additionally, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is soon expected to complete the deployment of 150 4G towers in the Adilabad district. Adilabad is a disctrict in Telangana. The work to deploy 4G towers is ongoing and in the coming future should be completed.
