In a resounding celebration of empowerment and growth, the Aanya - Women Leadership Journey, organized by SHRM in collaboration with SAIL, formally concluded with a Graduation Ceremony at SAIL, MTI, Ranchi. The leadership journey, customized explicitly for Women Leaders at SAIL, marked a pivotal catalyst in nurturing women leaders of tomorrow.
Mr. Atanu Mukherjee, GM I/c (Acad), and Mr. Sanjay Dhar, CGM HRD – MTI, commenced the event by commending the participants for their unwavering energy and motivation throughout the transformative 3-month journey. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Sanjay highlighted the program's catalytic impact on participants' professional trajectories. He emphasized that the journey imparts critical behaviors and skills and fosters a powerful mindset shift for these emerging women leaders.
