The national round saw 10 finalists from the Regional Rounds comprising PSU and Private organizations like GAIL, IOCL, Bosch, NTPC, Mahindra, Ashok Leyland etc.

NTPC Bongaigaon has been awarded with the IInd Runners-up Trophy (PSU Category) at the 6th AIMA National Competition for Managers (NCM) today.
The team consisted of Shri Amit Saikia, Sr Manager, C&M and Shri Madhurjya Singha Lahkar, Sr. Manager, Corporate Communications.
The topic of this year's AIMA NCM was New Uncertain World: Transform and Succeed which was conducted in an online mode from New Delhi.
The competition was done in three rounds where various PSUs and private organizations competed against each other.
The winners were felicitated by jury consisting Shri Vivek Mehra, MD and CEO, Sage Publications, Shri K.S Shetty, ED,HR and Shri Rama Shankar Pandey, MD, Hella India Lighting and Neeraj Kapoor, Director, Special Events, Centre for Management Development, AIMA.

Through the above competition, the All India Management Association (AIMA) aims to create a more agile and resilient organization with an aim to succeed in the New Realities of business.
