Interceptor Sewer Project of DJB executed by EIL inaugurated

NEW DELHI .  Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, Union Minister of Urban Development inaugurated the Package-I of the Interceptor Sewer Project of Delhi Jal Board (DJB) executed by Engineers India Limited (EIL) on PMC basisrecently .  Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Petroleum & Natural Gas, Shri Rajesh Gahlot, Shri A.K. Purwaha, C&MD, EIL, Shri D.M. Spolia, Chief Secretary, Delhi Government, Shri Vijay Kumar, CEO, Delhi Jal Board and all functional Directors of EIL graced the occasion. The Project entails laying of interceptor sewers along Najafgarh, Supplementary and Shahdara drains to abate pollution in river Yamuna.
