He has been associated with the Company since June 2010. An alumnus of INS Shivaji, he holds a B.Tech (Mechanical) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi), He has also completed Masters in Engineering from Pune University. Previously, he has served in the Indian Navy for over 22 years and has held several assignments afloat and onboard such as INS Rana, INS Nishank, INS Mysore and various appointments in Directorate of Naval Design, Gas Turbine Overhaul Centre, Visakhapatnam, Directorate of Ship Production and Naval Dockyard, Mumbai. He has received commendations from the Flag Officer Commanding Officer in Chief, Western Naval Command. Prior to the appointment, he was the Project Superintendent of the prestigious P-75 scorpene submarine construction programme at MDL.
