Smt. Vartika Shukla is the Chairman & Managing Director of our company. She is a Member of the Oil Industry Development Board (OIDB) under Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. She is also a member in the Performance Appraisal Board (PAB) for CSIR- Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Ministry of Science & Technology (Govt. of India), part-time Chairman of CEIL (a subsidiary of EIL), Invitee to the Board of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) and Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Limited (ISPRL).
