Vedanta Subsidiary Hindustan Zinc announced Dividend prospect for shareholders

The Board of Directors of the Company through a resolution passed by circulation on Tuesday, May 07, 2024, consented by the majority of directors, approved the Interim Dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share i.e. 500% on the face value of Rs. 2/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25 amounting to Rs. 4,225.32 Crores.

The record date for payment of the interim dividend is fixed on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, and the Interim Dividend shall be duly paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.
