POWERGRID Declares Second Interim Dividend

New Delhi: On Monday, 03rd February 2025, the Board of Directors of POWERGRID announced its financial results, second interim dividend and some strategic investments. POWERGRID announced the payment of the second interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25. Shareholders will receive Rs. 3.25 per equity share of Rs. 10 each, representing 32.50% of the paid-up equity share capital.

The dividend will be disbursed to members on Friday, 28th February 2025, with the record date for the purpose of payment set for Friday, 07th February 2025. This move underscores the company's commitment to delivering consistent returns to its shareholders.
