Coal Lignite PSU, NLC India announced that it will hold a Board meeting on 3rd February to approve Unaudited Financial Results and Interim Dividend for FY24-25.
According to the exchange filing made, the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 3rd February 2025, inter–alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024 and the declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2024-25.
