CONCOR soon to announce Q4 and Dividend for FY25
The company will consider inter alia the approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025.
New Delhi: Container Corporation of India Limited a Navratna Company today informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 22nd May, 2025. The company will consider inter alia the approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025.
In the said meeting, the Board may also consider declaration of Final Dividend for 2024-25, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the firm said.
Further, it is informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company is closed for all designated persons & their immediate relatives for the period from 01st April, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025.
