NEW DELHI- Bhubaneswar Airport, operated by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), has now been connected to Pune and Bengaluru through a new direct flight service by Akasa Air. The inaugural event was celebrated with a lamp-lighting ceremony, and the Airport Director of Bhubaneswar Airport personally handed over the boarding pass to the first passenger traveling to Pune.
Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Odisha, has been witnessing a growing demand for air travel, and the introduction of this new flight service by Akasa Air is expected to cater to this demand and enhance connectivity between Bhubaneswar, Pune, and Bengaluru.
