RED (Coal Mining) visited Dulanga Coal Mining Project on Feb 25
Site visit was followed by interaction meeting with employees at Site Office, where he discussed about importance of Safety, crucial factors for increasing production and employee welfare etc.
New Delhi: RED (Coal Mining), Shri Partha Mazumder visited NTPC Dulanga on 25th February, 2023. On his arrival he was welcomed by the Head of Project, NTPC Dulanga, Shri Neeraj Jalota. During his visit, he inspected Dulanga mines, inaugurated the fully automatic Bomb Calorimeter and Surface Miner which will lead to enhancement of coal production while ensuring quality and safety.

Alongside this event, a CSR Programme was organised by Prerana Ladies Club. Smt Mahua Mazumder, President, Swayamsidha Ladies Club was the guest of honor. In the CSR Initiative sewing machines were distributed to the rural ladies who completed their 3 months Tailoring Training organised by NTPC Dulanga. During the programme Smt. Mahua Mazumder also interacted with the ladies who are working under various SHGs i.e Papad Making, Badi Making and Tie- Die Art. Group of NTPC Dulanga.
