NTPC CMD, Gurdeep Singh bagged the title of 'CEO of the year'
Chairman and Managing Director of NTPC, Shri Gurdeep Singh
New Delhi: Chairman and Managing Director of India’s largest Power Producer NTPC Limited, Shri Gurdeep Singh wins the title of "CEO of the year" at Platts Global Energy Awards.
Shri Gurdeep Singh joined NTPC as CMD, Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited.
Gurdeep Singh Profession
He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and has over 28 years of experience in the power generation sector.
His career kickstarted with NTPC Limited and worked at various levels both in Indian and Multi-national Companies namely Powergen, CLP, IDFC, CESC and AES.
He has worked in different areas of the Power Sector ranging from business development, projects and operations.
