Former DGP, Alok Raj appointed as acting Chairman, BPSC
He is currently the senior-most IPS officer in the state.
Alok Raj, an Indian Police Service officer from the 1989 batch (BH), was recently removed from his position as the Director General of Police (DGP) of Bihar. He has now been appointed as the Managing Director of the Bihar Police Buildings Constructions Corporation (BPBCC) and has also been given the additional responsibility of Chairman of the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC).
He is currently the senior-most IPS officer in the state.
