BPCL won prestigious ‘Global CSR Excellence and Leadership Award’ by World CSR Congress

Mumbai: Government-owned oil and gas corporation, BPCL has been conferred with the prestigious ‘Global CSR Excellence and Leadership Award’ by World CSR Congress in Mumbai for best practices in the ‘Concern of Health’ category.

In the awards ceremony held at Mumbai, Ms. Aparna Pandey, Asstt. Manager (CSR) and Ms. Asane received the award on behalf of BPCL from Mr. S.K Dutt, Senior Advisor, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

This award marks our effort to eliminate manual scavenging through usage of robotic manhole cleaning machines along with numerous other interventions undertaken to combat Covid-19.
