Retired NCL personnel will easily get 'Life Certificate'

Retired employees of NCL who have been paid pension for at least one month can now submit their life certificate through a life proof application to the nearest Citizen Service Center (Citizen Service Center-CSC) or such banks will be able to deposit it online by visiting where this facility is available.

After authenticating the beneficiaries of CPRMSE (Contributory Post Retirement Medicare Scheme) with their mobile number registered with Aadhaar, the life certificate will be easily obtained by taking fingerprints by Aadhaar enabled biometric device. Through this facility, beneficiaries of CPRMSE will be able to produce life certificates through a paperless process.

It is to be noted that pensioners have to appear before the authorized pension disbursing agencies like banks, post offices or provide a life certificate issued by that company or authority after retirement. Only after that, his pension is deposited in his account.
