Oil India CGM, Sachidananda Maharana to join NRL as Director (Finance)
PESB has recommended in its meeting held on 1 February, 2025 for the selection of Shri Sachidananda Maharana for the post of Director (Finance) at NRL, a Schedule-A PSU.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (AGC) has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas for the appointment of Shri Sachidananda Maharana, Chief General Manager (CGM), Oil lndia Limited (OIL) to the post of Director (Finance), Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) w.e.f. the date of his assumption of charge of the post till the date of his superannuation, i.e. 31.12.2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Earlier, the PESB has recommended in its meeting held on 1 February, 2025 for the selection of Shri Sachidananda Maharana on the post of Director (Finance) at NRL, a Schedule-A PSU.
Further, the notification stated that the Necessary communication in this regard has been sent to the Ministry of petroleum & Natural Gas.
