Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation Limited (BSTDC) was established in 1980 with the aim of promoting and developing tourism in Bihar. BSTDC is headquartered in Patna and is affiliated to the Department of Tourism, Government of Bihar. The corporation is responsible for marketing the existing tourism resources of  the state and aims to showcase the rich  heritage and  beauty of Bihar to the world .

Restaurants, eateries, transport hubs and ropeways in the main tourist areas. The corporation also operates hotels, resorts and tourist hotels in Bihar, providing quality services to 12 tourists. BSTDC also operates tourism offices in the city to provide important information, maps and directions to tourists. Hindu, Buddhist, Jain, Muslim and Sikh devotees.

The state is home to major pilgrimages like Buddhist, Jain, Ramayana, Sufi, Gandhian, Ecological, Sikh  and Shiva Shakti circuits. BSTDC plays a significant role in promoting this approach and improving the  tourism experience as a whole.
