IDFC FIRST Bank Limited announces sudden demise of Senior Managerial Personnel
Mr Chinmay Dhoble, Head- Retail Liabilities and Branch Banking of IDFC First Bank Ltd passed away on 13 April, 2025.
The Bank stated that we deeply regret to inform that Mr. Chinmay Dhoble, Head – Retail Liabilities and Branch Banking of the Bank and a Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP), passed away on April 13, 2025.
Mr. Dhoble was a highly valued member of our leadership team and has made an exceptional contribution to the Bank. He was always a calm and motivated member of the leadership team and left an indelible mark on everything he handled.

He is greatly remembered by the Bank with respect and gratitude, both as a person and as a professional. We are deeply saddened by the news and express our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones. We are committed to providing our fullest support to his family in this difficult time.
Further, the Bank said that it has strong in-house talent and a succession plan and will implement the same shortly.
