With over 36 years of distinguished service, including 28 years in the Indian Navy, Cmde Hari has held pivotal roles in strategy, operations, and technical administration. Notable achievements include the commissioning of INS Shivalik and leadership in the Indigenous Aircraft Carrier project.
Since joining GRSE in 2016, he has steered the organisation toward modernisation and global competitiveness, closely aligning with the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ vision. Under his leadership, GRSE achieved ‘Schedule A’ status in 2024.
